One More Voice

"One More Voice" captures individuals from all over the world -- from an activist in Egypt's Tahrir Square to student members of Amnesty International in Los Angeles – asking viewers to add "one more voice" to the fight against torture, the death penalty, unjust imprisonment and violence against women – Amnesty International's core issues. Among the activists shown in the video is the late Martina Correia, sister of Troy Davis, who was executed by the state of Georgia in 2011.

The video features narration by three-time Oscar winner Meryl Streep and an anthem specially written for Amnesty International's 50th anniversary by Academy Award-winning composer Hans Zimmer and composer Lorne Balfe. Produced by Citizen Group in San Francisco, "One More Voice" and executive produced by Helen Garrett for Amnesty International. This collaborative project includes contributions from directors worldwide through a partnership with the International Quorum of Motion Picture Producers. Production took place in Egypt, Abu Dhabi, Australia, Hong Kong, Kenya, the Czech Republic, Ecuador, Hungary, India, Switzerland, Sweden, South Africa and a number of U.S. cities.
